About Us

사진을 매체로 활동해 온 작가, 디자이너, 기획자 등 다양한 사람들로 구성된 광합단은 2023년도 부터 매달 소책자 ‘진’을 발행해 오고 있습니다.

매 이슈마다 멤버들은 차례로 편집장을 맡아 음악가, 시인, 평론가 등 다방면의 활동가들과 협업하고 자율적인 출간물을 엮어왔습니다. 그 외에도 책의 지면이 공간으로 전환된 전시, 소규모의 내밀한 작가와의 대화, 국제 영상제 등 관객과의 만남과 나눔을 통해 창작의 경계를 넓히고 있습니다.

광합단은 사진을 통해 소중함을 나누려는 사람들과의 만남을 중시하는 커뮤니티입니다.

Gwanghapdan is an artist collective established in 2023, comprising photographers, designers, curators, and other creatives focused on visual storytelling. The collective publishes a monthly Zine, with members rotating the role of editor-in-chief and collaborating with musicians, poets, and critics to create innovative publications.

We have been expanding the boundaries of creativity through book exhibitions, intimate artist talks, and international film festivals. Our community-centric approach emphasizes meaningful connections with audiences and fellow artists, continually broadening the horizons of artistic exploration. At Gwanghapdan, we cherish the value of sharing what is precious through the lens of photography, fostering a supportive and inspiring environment for all involved.
